Dr. Stef Cruz-Kostrova
Owner & Chiropractor of Firefly Chiropractic
Dr. Stef grew in in Kenosha, WI where she was active throughout childhood & high school. She first discovered chiropractic care when her mom, a grade school teacher, was experiencing radiating pain down her dominant arm. With just a few adjustments, the pain was gone! It was at that time that Dr. Stef knew there was something special about this profession.
She attended UW-La Crosse & earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science. She then continued her education at Cleveland University in Kansas City, where she earned her doctorate in Chiropractic & has been practicing in the Milwaukee area since 2023.
Since graduating, she has continued to pursue further education, especially in the area of Women’s Health including pregnancy & postpartum. She has helped hundred of women experience a happy & healthy pregnancy while still maintaining active.
Her goal for Firefly Chiropractic is this:
To create a safe space where healing can take place & to help people get out of pain, stay out of pain, & get back to living the life that they want to live.
