Consultation:
During your consultation, Dr. Stef will go over all your health goals and your current concerns. We will talk in depth about your health history in order to know the best way to help you.
Chiropractic Exam:
A thorough exam helps with identifying areas of restriction or dysfunction. This exam may consist of orthopedic testing, neurological testing depending on your concerns.
Treatment:
Your first treatment with Firefly Chiropractic! This includes full spine chiropractic adjusting & targeted soft tissue work. We will discuss in detail what this looks like for you at your appointment.
Care Recommendations:
Following your first treatment, we will discuss the best care plan to fit your specific needs.
