Initial Consultation
Prior to beginning your physical exam, Dr. Stef will sit and talk to you about why you are seeking care.
During this consultation, she will ask about your present and past health history.
This is the time to share your story and what your health goals are with her.
Examination
Next, Dr. Stef will perform a physical exam on you. This may include orthopedic & neurological testing if she deems it necessary. She will also perform a posture screen.
Treatment
After the exam, as long as there are no contraindications to care, Dr. Stef would be happy to offer a complimentary treatment! This will include an adjustment & any soft tissue work she deems necessary for you.
Schedule Follow – up
Following your first treatment, Dr. Stef will share her recommended course of care and appropriate membership plan to you.
It is highly encouraged to follow her recommendations to get the best results and reach your health goals.
Dr. Stef will then schedule you for your 2nd visit!
